Role Description

We are looking for a Sales Specialist to join our team in Ahmedabad. This role focuses on cold calling, outbound prospecting, and lead generation, primarily targeting international clients and domestic clients. You will identify potential customers, initiate conversations, qualify leads, and schedule product demonstrations.

In addition to outbound sales, you will support customer onboarding, provide product guidance, collaborate with internal teams, and maintain strong client relationships. The ideal candidate is comfortable with high-volume calling, consultative selling, and managing a sales pipeline while consistently working toward sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with clients and addressing their needs effectively.
• Sales and Sales Management experience, with proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Experience in delivering Training to clients to ensure the effective use of products or services.
• Ability to work collaboratively, proactively identify client needs, and develop efficient solutions.
• Time management skills and attention to detail to handle multiple tasks and ensure client satisfaction.
• Familiarity with the manufacturing or engineering industry is advantageous.
• Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software is a plus.
