Job Description
Im looking for someone who thinks like an owner , not an intern.
If you can pick up the phone, understand a product deeply, speak confidently to customers, and push conversations to closurethis role is for you. Youll be responsible for taking our product to market, one conversation at a time.
This isnt a role where you assist sales.
You do sales end to end.
Youll own the full outbound sales journey:
- Cold calling and reaching out to potential customers
- Qualifying leads and understanding real customer pain points
- Pitching our tech / SaaS product with clarity and conviction
- Following up, handling objections, and closing deals
- Managing your own pipeline and tracking progress in CRM tools
Youll work closely with me and the growth team to refine messaging, improve conversions, and figure out what actually moves the needle.
- Youre comfortable with cold calling and talking to strangers every day
- You understand tech and SaaS products (or can learn them fast)
- Youre fluent and confident in Hindi and English
- You take responsibility seriouslyif something isnt working, you fix it
- You treat the product like its yours , not just something youre selling for someone else
Most importantly, you care about results.
