Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven Sales Specialist- Exhibition Sales to join our team in Chennai.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving exhibitor sales, securing sponsorships, and building strong relationships with healthcare organizations and industry partners. You will actively engage potential clients, understand their business goals, and position Hospex India as the ideal platform for their brand visibility and business growth.This role requires a target-oriented professional with strong communication and negotiation skills, capable of working in a fast-paced environment and delivering measurable sales results.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new business opportunities in healthcare, medical tourism, and wellness sectors.
* Drive stall bookings and sponsorship sales for Hospex India exhibitions and trade fairs.
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with hospitals, healthcare providers, and industry partners.
* Conduct outbound outreach, meetings, and presentations to potential exhibitors and sponsors.
* Understand client objectives and recommend tailored exhibition packages.
* Track leads, manage the sales pipeline, and consistently achieve sales targets.
* Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to enhance sales strategies.
* Collaborate with marketing and event teams to ensure successful exhibitor participation and experience.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Exhibition/Event Sales.
* Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
* Highly adaptable with the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
* Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
* Experience in healthcare, medical tourism, exhibitions, or trade fairs will be an added advantage.
