Role Overview

Were looking for a Sales Executive who can manage both inbound and outbound sales efforts and contribute directly to pipeline growth. This is a hands-on role for someone comfortable speaking to decision-makers, qualifying leads, and moving opportunities forward.

Key Responsibilities1. Inbound Sales Management
  • Handle inbound leads from marketing campaigns, website, and referrals
  • Qualify leads based on fit, need, and urgency
  • Schedule product demos and discovery calls
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and smooth handover to senior sales / leadership when required
2. Outbound Sales & Prospecting
  • Identify and reach out to potential enterprise accounts
  • Execute outbound via email, LinkedIn, and calls
  • Target HR leaders such as CHROs, HR Heads, and HR Directors
  • Maintain consistent outreach and follow-up cadence
3. Sales Pipeline & CRM
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and deal stages
  • Update CRM regularly and track progress of opportunities
  • Support reporting on pipeline, conversions, and closures
4. Collaboration & Learning
  • Work closely with marketing on lead quality and campaign feedback
  • Learn the product, use cases, and customer pain points deeply
  • Continuously improve pitch and objection handling
What Were Looking ForMust-Have
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales
  • Experience handling both inbound and outbound leads
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable speaking with senior stakeholders
  • Willingness to work from the Bangalore office
Good to Have
  • Experience selling SaaS / HRTech / B2B solutions
  • Familiarity with CRM tools
  • Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise clients
