Job Description
Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site Salesperson role in Chennai. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities via cold calling, networking, social selling (LinkedIn), and industry events.
- Proactively attend meetings, both within and outside city to bring in new clients and maintain credibility with existing clients.
- Create, present, and negotiate compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
- Handling negotiations (pricing/service terms) and maintain rapport with new and existing clients.
- Meet monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
- Analyse client needs to recommend appropriate digital marketing services to achieve their goals.
- Work with the marketing and technical teams to align sales pitches with service capabilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of Experience in Sales, preferably within a digital marketing agency or SaaS environment.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to present solutions effectively.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and content strategy.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (English) with the ability to close deals.
