Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls from US customers

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions

Maintain a confident and professional communication style

Convert incoming inquiries into successful sales opportunities

Update CRM, call logs, and customer records

Work collaboratively to meet weekly/monthly targets

Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the interaction

Required Skills & Qualifications

Excellent English communication skills

Experience in US sales / BPO / customer support is a plus

Ability to work night shifts (8:30 PM 5:00 AM IST)

Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented

Strong listening and problem-solving skills

Basic computer and documentation skills
