Sales Representative - Freight Forwarding

We provide comprehensive support to importers, exporters, and traders to ensure the smooth and accurate shipment of goods. Our dedicated team offers expertise in marking, labeling, packaging, local transportation arrangements, and claiming Duty-drawback/MEIS on behalf of exporters. This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative role, located in Mumbai. The Sales Representative - Freight Forwarding will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, establishing relationships with clients, and explaining customized logistics and freight solutions. The role involves preparing quotations, negotiating rates, overseeing the shipment process, and ensuring customer requirements are met efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Strong sales, business development, and client relationship management skills
• Familiarity with freight forwarding, customs clearing, and logistics processes
• Ability to analyze market trends and advise clients on suitable freight solutions
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Proficient in using CRM tools and basic computer applications
• Prior experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry is highly desirable
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred
