End-to-end hiring for BDMs, Sales Engineers, ISS, RSM & Sales Operations roles
Partner with Sales Heads for manpower planning aligned to revenue targets
Competitor talent mapping within CAD / CAM / CAE industry
Reduce TAT for critical revenue roles
Coordinate leadership interviews & manage offer negotiations
Track hiring metrics (TAT, closure ratio, quality of hire)
Support onboarding & early productivity tracking
Monitor early attrition and support retention initiatives
Maintain hiring dashboards & share weekly business updates

25 years of experience in Sales / B2B Hiring
Experience in CAD / CAM Sales Hiring is mandatory
Strong stakeholder management skills
Exposure to Engineering / Technology industry preferred
Hands-on experience with ATS tools (Zoho Recruit preferred)
Strong analytical & reporting skills
