About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and execution-focused Sales Program Manager to drive sales analytics, dashboarding, reporting, and performance tracking across the organization. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, structured thinking, and the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.

The ideal candidate should be from an IIT background with a strong foundation in analytics, data interpretation, and business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage end-to-end sales analytics and reporting frameworks
• Design, build, and maintain real-time sales dashboards and MIS reports
• Track key sales KPIs including revenue, pipeline, conversion ratios, productivity, and forecasting accuracy
• Identify performance gaps and recommend data-driven interventions
• Partner closely with Sales, Finance, and Leadership teams to support strategic decision-making
• Automate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on sales trends, customer segments, and revenue drivers
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across systems

Required Qualifications

• B.Tech / Dual Degree from any IIT (mandatory)
• 36 years of experience in sales analytics, business analytics, program management, or revenue operations
• Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI / Tableau / Looker, etc.)
• Strong understanding of sales metrics, forecasting models, and pipeline management
• Excellent structured thinking and problem-solving ability
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in high-growth startups or fast-paced environments
• Knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce / HubSpot
• Exposure to automation tools or basic scripting (Python preferred)
