Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Marketing Internship role located in Bengaluru. The intern will engage in daily activities such as supporting sales efforts, building customer relationships, conducting market research, assisting in sales presentations, and managing customer inquiries. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets and providing training materials or sessions. This role offers hands-on exposure to sales and marketing strategies in the HR Tech industry.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients and partners.
Basic knowledge or experience in Sales and Sales Management to assist in achieving targets and driving results.
Interest or experience in Training to assist in creating materials and delivering presentations effectively.
Proficiency in technology tools and the ability to adapt to new platforms quickly is advantageous.
Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
