Sales department to leads a team of Key Account Managers/ Enterprise Sales Officers. The ideal
candidate will have a strong background in team handling in Enterprise/Telecom sales, proven
leadership skills, and the ability to drive team performance.

Qualifications:
Any graduates, preferably MBAs
Minimum of 10 years of experience in similar profile
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of KAMs/ESOs
Develop and implement effective salesstrategiesto achieve salestargets.
Monitor team performance, providing guidance and support to ensure individual and team
success.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's product knowledge and sales skills.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
Prepare and present regularsalesreports to management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
