Job Description

Trinity as part of their extension is seeking motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our IT Consulting team. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a proven track record in identifying and driving new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and enhancing revenue growth within the IT consulting industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our client base, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring long-term relationships with key clients.


Key Responsibilities:


Business Development & Strategy:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT consulting, Professional Services, Managed Staffing space.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Generate leads, build a pipeline, and close deals to achieve revenue goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and target clients that align with the companys services.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients.
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored IT consulting solutions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

Sales & Negotiation:

  • Lead the negotiation process with prospective clients, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.
  • Prepare and present proposals, sales presentations, and contracts.
  • Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations.

Market Expansion:

  • Identify new markets, client segments, and service areas for business expansion, locally and in the region.
  • Engage in networking activities, industry conferences, and events to promote the companys services and generate leads.

Collaboration & Cross-functional Coordination:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective campaigns and materials to attract new clients.
  • Collaborate with the delivery teams to ensure successful implementation of IT consulting projects.
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership regarding business development activities and pipeline progress.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the IT consulting, Professional Services, Staffing industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of IT consulting services, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop long-term business relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.
