Experience Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Prime Segment Home Loan Sales.
- At least 2 years of experience managing and leading field sales teams.
- Prime Home Loan industry background is mandatory.
- Strong experience in self lead generation and market networking.
- Team handling experience is compulsory.
- Prior market connections and channel relationships are preferred.
- Proficiency in Gujarati (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of field sales executives.
- Drive team performance to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct regular coaching, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Manage and monitor field sales operations and sales strategy execution.
- Build and maintain strong client and channel partner relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the home loan customer base.
