Experience Requirements

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in Prime Segment Home Loan Sales.
  2. At least 2 years of experience managing and leading field sales teams.
  3. Prime Home Loan industry background is mandatory.
  4. Strong experience in self lead generation and market networking.
  5. Team handling experience is compulsory.
  6. Prior market connections and channel relationships are preferred.
  7. Proficiency in Gujarati (spoken and written) is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of field sales executives.
  2. Drive team performance to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  3. Conduct regular coaching, training sessions, and performance reviews.
  4. Manage and monitor field sales operations and sales strategy execution.
  5. Build and maintain strong client and channel partner relationships.
  6. Identify new business opportunities and expand the home loan customer base.
