Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager / Merchandiser located in Raipur. The Sales Manager / Merchandiser will be responsible for overseeing sales activities, building customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role will also involve managing merchandise display, planning inventory, analyzing sales data, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.

Role includes:

Handle store sales and customer interaction

Manage and guide store staff

Coordinate with designers and vendors for collections and restocks

Monitor stock, billing, and daily store operations

Support product display and merchandising

Requirements:

Experience in fashion or lifestyle retail

Good communication and people skills

Comfortable managing sales and store operations
