Loft Studio is a design-and-build studio based in Bangalore offering end-to-end architecture, construction, and interior design services. We work on residential projects ranging from mid-range to luxury homes, delivering thoughtful design and a seamless client experience.

As we grow, we are looking for a Sales Head who can build and lead our sales efforts, generate quality clients, and scale the business.

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Head to lead business development and revenue growth. The role involves generating high-value residential interior projects, managing the sales pipeline, and building strong industry partnerships.

Develop and implement a sales strategy to generate residential interior and turnkey projects

Identify and convert high-quality leads and clients

Build relationships with architects, builders, and channel partners

Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations

Manage the complete sales cycle from enquiry to project closure

Collaborate with the design team to convert requirements into proposals

Track sales pipeline, targets, and conversion metrics

Build and lead a high-performing sales team as the company grows

Represent Loft Studio in industry events and networking opportunities

36 years of experience in interior design / real estate / construction sales

Proven experience closing high-value residential projects

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Experience handling end-to-end client acquisition

Ability to build partnerships with builders, brokers, and architects

Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership
