This is a full-time on-site Sales Manager role located in Gurugram. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales strategies, fostering client relationships, meeting revenue targets, and conducting market analysis to identify growth opportunities. Additional tasks include leading and mentoring the sales team, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with other departments to optimize business objectives.
- Proven experience in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with market analysis, forecasting, and sales reporting.
- Leadership experience with the ability to guide and motivate sales teams.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and other sales software platforms.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and target-driven environment.
- Relevant educational background in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in real estate or industrial development sectors is advantageous.
