Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dehradun for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Daily responsibilities include managing the sales team, analyzing market trends, preparing sales reports, and working collaboratively to enhance the company's sales strategy. The role also involves organizing campaigns, attending industry events, and ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction to strengthen the brand's presence in the hospitality market.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Revenue Generation
  • Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Market Analysis, Forecasting, and CRM tools
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team management abilities
  • Results-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of the hospitality industry and prior experience in hotel sales is highly advantageous
  • Advanced degree or bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic market conditions and work collaboratively in a team-focused environment
