Role Overview:-

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager India (Banking Sector) to join our sales team as an individual contributor. This role is ideal for someone with 7+ years of SaaS sales experience, who has pre-established connections in the banking sector and experience engaging with key decision-makers in banks, financial institutions, or fintech companies.


Key Responsibilities:-

  • Own full-cycle sales for banking and financial services accounts, including:
  • Prospecting and lead generation
  • Qualification and discovery
  • Solution presentation and product demos
  • Proposal preparation, negotiation, and contracting
  • Closing deals and achieving revenue targets
  • Leverage pre-existing relationships within the banking sector to accelerate pipeline and conversion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and decision-makers in banks, financial institutions, and fintechs
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline visibility in CRM tools
  • Continuously identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts in the banking domain


Experience & Qualifications:-

  • 7+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably with a focus on banking or financial services
  • Proven track record of closing end-to-end deals independently
  • Pre-established network and relationships within the banking sector in India
  • Strong pipeline management and forecasting skills
  • Excellent English communication skills verbal and written
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environments
  • Experience with AI, automation, or AI chat and voice agents is a plus
