A well-established Mumbai-based engineering company with deep expertise in the manufacturing of laboratory furnaces and induction furnaces is looking to strengthen its sales team.
We are seeking a dynamic sales professional who understands the industrial ecosystem and can drive business growth across key sectors such as steel, foundry, metallurgy, research institutions, and engineering companies.

Role: Sales Manager / Business Development Furnaces
Location: Mumbai
Key Responsibilities
Develop and expand the market for induction furnaces and laboratory furnaces
Identify and build relationships with steel plants, foundries, R&D labs, and engineering companies
Manage the entire sales cycle lead generation, technical discussions, proposal preparation, and deal closure
Work closely with technical teams to provide solution-oriented proposals
Build long-term customer relationships and drive repeat business
Ideal Candidate
512 years of experience in sales of induction furnaces, laboratory equipment, metallurgical equipment, or industrial capital equipment
Strong exposure to B2B industrial sales
Understanding of metallurgy, foundry operations, or furnace technologies will be an advantage
Good communication and relationship-building skills
