Location - Mumbai


Role Overview

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strong client relationships, effective negotiation, strategic planning, and execution. The role requires a proactive professional with strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of venue and catering sales, and the ability to manage projects and deadlines efficiently.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales for venues, outdoor catering, and related services while ensuring revenue targets are achieved.
  • Build and maintain strong corporate connects to expand client base and generate repeat business.
  • Negotiate contracts, proposals, and commercial terms with clients and partners.
  • Prepare and analyze basic P&L inputs to support pricing, profitability, and business decisions.
  • Manage end-to-end sales projects including client meetings, proposals, coordination with operations, and event finalization.
  • Ensure accurate planning with strong attention to detail to avoid setbacks and operational gaps.
  • Adhere strictly to project timelines, sales plans, and deadlines.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams while also working independently when required.
  • Adapt quickly to process, market, and organizational changes in a dynamic work environment.
  • Travel Pan India for client meetings, business development, and event requirements.
