TheSales Managerwill play a critical role indriving revenue growth, developing new business opportunities, and building long-term client relationships.
In this role, you will engage with senior decision-makers such asHR Heads, Admin Managers, Facility Directors, and Procurement Leaders, positioningVSG India as a trusted security partner.
You will be responsible for managing thecomplete sales cycle from lead generation and client meetings to proposal presentation and deal closure while also nurturing existing client relationships for long-term growth.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and corporate clients
Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure
Prepare and present compelling sales presentations and commercial proposals
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements while ensuring profitability
Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities
Mentor and support the inside sales and telecalling teams
Monitor sales performance, pipeline health, and revenue forecasts
Collaborate with operations and HR teams to ensure smooth post-sales service delivery
