Job Description

To engage and source motor business from OEM dealership counters

• Ensure alignment of OEM Program guidelines at the dealership counter in terms of rates, product overages,

sales process, claims

• Ensure mandated Transac􀆟ng % and Ac􀆟va􀆟on % within the dealership counter universe/span

• Maximize mobiliza􀆟on of business through regular engagement, ac􀆟vi􀆟es conducted at dealer counters

• Achieve the renewal reten􀆟on % through close monitoring, regular follow ups with dealership insurance team

and execu􀆟ng specific reten􀆟on ac􀆟vi􀆟es

• Trouble shoo􀆟ng with Opera􀆟ons for endorsements, Finance for commission disbursement, Motor Claims
