Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Pune Division. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies, building long-term relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities. The role includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting market research, meeting sales targets, and representing the company at events or client engagements. Strong leadership and communication skills will be essential for managing a sales team and driving business growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales strategy development, business development, and achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of market research, analytics, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management software.
• Leadership and team management abilities to motivate and guide a sales team effectively.
• Ability to work on-site in Pune Division and willingness to travel for client meetings as needed.
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a masters degree is a plus.
• Experience in the technology, AI, or digital transformation industries is an advantage.
