Sales Lead

PRINK is a new-age FMCG beverage brand focused on gut health, zero sugar, and great taste. We are expanding our on-ground presence in Mumbai and are hiring a Sales & Distribution Lead Mumbai to build and scale sales from the ground up.

This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in FMCG sales, beverage distribution, channel sales, and modern trade, who enjoys field execution and building markets from zero.

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage sales & distribution across Mumbai

Appoint and manage distributors and channel partners

Drive primary and secondary sales across FMCG channels

Open and manage key accounts in:

Cafs & QSR

Gyms & wellness centers

Modern trade & premium retail

Conduct regular market visits, store audits, and sales reviews

Ensure product visibility, merchandising, and stock rotation

Track sales performance, re-orders, and outlet productivity

Hire and manage on-ground sales executives as the business scales

Share market intelligence, competitor analysis, and feedback with the founder

Required Skills & Qualifications

48 years of experience in FMCG / Beverage Sales

Strong understanding of distribution management & channel sales

Experience working with modern trade, general trade, and on-trade

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Ability to work independently in a startup environment

Comfortable with field sales and distributor management

Experience in launching or scaling a brand is a strong advantage
