Sales Lead Generation Executive

Employment Type : Full-Time

Shift: Night Shift (US Time Zone)

Experience

6 months to 1.5 years in B2B Sales or Lead Generation

Role Description

Research and identify potential leads using LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and online sources

Generate and qualify leads for Cloudy Business Ops 360

Outbound outreach through LinkedIn messages and email communication

Qualify prospects based on industry, company size, and business needs

Schedule discovery and demo calls for senior sales team members

Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead records in CRM (Salesforce preferred)

Meet daily and weekly lead generation targets

Follow defined sales playbooks, scripts, and outreach sequences

Key Responsibilities

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new market opportunities

Assist in analyzing sales data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement

Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities

Comfortable working night shifts

Basic understanding of B2B sales or SaaS concepts

Familiar with LinkedIn, email tools, and online research

Self-motivated, disciplined, and eager to learn

Qualifications

Any graduate degree or a related field is preferred
