Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Intern to join our growing team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in B2B sales, client engagement, lead generation, and order coordination within the hospitality and lifestyle industry. You will work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to support day-to-day activities and contribute to Lagavis growth in the hospitality sector.


Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Research

  • Identify potential B2B clients (hospitality, retail, gifting, cafs, hotels).
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

Client Outreach & Coordination

  • Support the sales team in reaching out to prospective clients via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Assist in preparing client presentations, proposals, and catalogs.

Order Management Support

  • Coordinate with the sales and operations team to track client orders and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Update CRM systems with leads, opportunities, and status reports.

Business Development Support

  • Assist in preparing pitch decks, case studies, and sales reports.
  • Shadow senior team members during client meetings (where applicable).

Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain trackers, MIS sheets, and weekly reports on sales activities.
  • Share feedback and insights to improve sales processes.


What Were Looking For

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Interest in sales, business development, and the hospitality/luxury sector.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Comfortable with MS Office / Google Workspace tools.
  • Prior internship or project experience in sales/marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
