Role Description

We are hiring 4 sales intern. This is a full-time, on-site Sales Intern role based in Bengaluru. The Sales Intern will assist with identifying potential clients, conducting outreach, and maintaining relationships with current and prospective customers. The intern will engage with customers to understand their hiring needs, support sales efforts, and contribute to achieving business objectives. Responsibilities will also include participating in training sessions, learning sales processes, and developing key skills under mentorship from experienced professionals.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and ensure excellent customer experiences.
• Knowledge of or interest in foundational Sales and Sales Management concepts to support sales efforts and achieve targets.
• Ability to participate in and apply Training outcomes to improve personal and team performance in the sales process.
• Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience or academic background in business, sales, or customer engagement is a plus but not mandatory.
