About the Role

As part of our growing HR team, we are looking for an Assistant Manager Sales HRBP to partner closely with Sales teams. This role will manage end-to-end sales hiring, handle employee grievances, and drive engagement initiatives, while working with Sales leaders to support business goals and improve retention.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales roles (Frontline, ASM, KAM, etc.)

Partner with Sales leaders on manpower planning and hiring timelines

Act as HR SPOC for Sales teams

Handle employee grievances with timely and fair resolution

Drive employee engagement & retention initiatives

Support HR operations onboarding, confirmations, exits, transfers, MIS

Ensure policy implementation and statutory compliance for Sales workforce

Key Skills

Strong hands-on experience in Sales Hiring (mandatory)

Good understanding of HRBP & employee relations

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment

Working knowledge of Excel, HR MIS & HR systems

Preferred Background

MBA / PGDM in HR- 1-3 years of experience

Experience supporting Sales teams- hiring and HR operations

FMCG / Consumer Goods / Retail / Distribution experience preferred

Willing to interact with field sales teams and travel occasionally

Reporting To: Manager Human Resources (Sales HRBP)
