We are a fast-growing company in the managed office space segment and are looking for individuals who are ambitious, resourceful, and eager to play a key role in scaling our business.

Role Overview :

As part of the Sales & Growth team, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships with businesses looking for office spaces, and driving occupancy across Acquir locations. You will work closely with leadership to shape sales strategy and help expand our footprint.

This role offers significant ownership and exposure to the fast-growing flexible workspace and commercial real estate ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and approach startups, SMEs, and enterprises that may require managed office solutions
• Develop partnerships with brokers, real estate consultants, and ecosystem partners
• Build and maintain relationships with founders, leadership teams, and decision-makers
• Conduct market research to identify potential leads and expansion opportunities
• Lead conversations with prospective clients and present customized workspace solutions
• Coordinate office tours and guide potential clients through the decision-making process
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client experience

Who we're looking for :

• 13 years of experience in sales, business development, or growth roles
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Interest in the commercial real estate, startup ecosystem, or workspace industry
