Role Objective

The Sales Executive will be responsible for acquiring new gym partners and expanding the WTF PowerGYMs partner network through active field sales, relationship building, and partnership closures.

Key Responsibilities

Partner Acquisition & Field Sales

• Identify and visit potential gym partners across NCR
• Generate leads through local market mapping and field prospecting
• Conduct in-person meetings with gym owners and decision-makers

Sales Pitch & Conversion

• Present the WTF PowerGYMs value proposition effectively
• Explain partnership benefits, revenue opportunities, and brand support
• Negotiate commercial terms and close partnership agreements

Target Achievement

• Achieve acquisition target of 10 new gym partners per month
• Maintain consistent field productivity and conversion ratios

CRM & Pipeline Management

• Maintain accurate prospect pipeline and activity updates in CRM
• Track daily visits, meetings, and closures

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Coordinate with Operations team for smooth gym onboarding
• Ensure proper documentation and partner handover

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 13 years of experience in Field Sales or Business Development
• Experience in merchant or partner acquisition roles
• Two-wheeler mandatory for local travel
• Strong local market knowledge (NCR region)
• Comfortable with extensive field work and daily travel
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of the gym and fitness industry
• Experience in partner onboarding with aggregator platforms
