Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident and fluentEnglish-speaking Sales Executiveto handleinternational sales callswith English-speaking customers across global markets. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to build strong relationships with international clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound and inboundinternational sales callsto English-speaking prospects and customers
- Present, promote, and sell company products/services to global clients
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities in CRM systems
- Follow up with potential customers to close sales
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
- Handle customer queries professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and market trends
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Fluent spoken English (mandatory)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with international clients across different time zones
- Proven experience in sales, tele-sales, or international calling (preferred)
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills (CRM, MS Office, email tools)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience ininternational B2B or B2C sales
- Exposure to global markets such as US, UK, Canada, Australia, or Europe
- Prior experience in outbound international calling.
