Sales Executive (Textile Machinery)

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team in Surat, Gujarat. This role is ideal for a fresher or someone with up to 2-3 years of experience, preferably in the textile machinery or related industry, who is interested in building a career in sales and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Support sales and customer relationship activities for the company in the region.
• Generate leads and build a robust pipeline of potential customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Handle inquiries, offer product demonstrations, and follow up with clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and after-sales support.

Provide regular reports and feedback to the Division Head.

Who You Are

• You are a fresher or have up to 23 years of experience in sales, preferably in the textile machinery or a related industry.
• You are comfortable working from a fixed location but are open to occasional travel.
• You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• You are customer-focused, proactive, and eager to learn.
• You have a problem-solving mindset and enjoy interacting with clients.

You are organised and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

• An undergraduate degree required.

Prior exposure to B2B sales or customer-facing roles with experience in the textile machinery industry is a plus.
