Job Description
Salesmax is building an intelligent CRM for fast-moving SMB businesses. We help sales teams manage leads, calls, WhatsApp conversations, follow-ups, and conversions in one place with automation and AI that make execution effortless.
RoleWere hiring a Sales Executive for our Bengaluru office (full-time, on-site). Youll own the sales cycle end-to-end from lead qualification to closing and onboarding with a strong focus on online product demos.
What youll do- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and move them through the pipeline
- Run high-quality product demos over Google Meet/Zoom (discovery demo close)
- Follow up consistently via calls/WhatsApp/email and maintain clean CRM hygiene
- Negotiate commercials, handle objections, and close deals
- Coordinate onboarding to ensure customers activate quickly and renew
- Hit weekly/monthly targets for demos, conversions, and revenue
- Share feedback from the field to improve messaging, pricing, and product
- 24 years of experience in inside sales / B2B sales / SaaS sales
- Strong spoken communication and confidence on video calls
- Proven ability to run effective demos and close deals
- Comfortable with daily calling, follow-ups, and pipeline discipline
- Good grasp of lead qualification (need, budget, authority, timeline)
- Basic comfort with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and reporting
- Bachelors degree (any discipline)
- Experience selling SaaS to SMB owners (agencies, education, real estate, finance, etc.)
- Prior experience selling CRM, calling tools, WhatsApp/marketing automation, or similar products
