Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in B2B sales and a keen interest in compliance and business consulting services. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the organizations revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through B2B channels.
  • Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to promote company services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Present and explain compliance-related and consulting services to prospective clients.
  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.


Requirements:

  • Experience: 6 months to 2 years in Business Development / Sales (B2B preferred).
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and client acquisition.
  • Exposure to compliance, finance, or HR outsourcing domains will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms for lead generation.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
