Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Executive for a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving client acquisition and revenue growth. Your responsibilities will include identifying prospects, conducting outreach, delivering compelling sales pitches, managing customer accounts, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will also collaborate with the team to develop strategies that improve customer engagement and align with the overall business objectives.


Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with proven experience in achieving or exceeding targets
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present and influence effectively
  • Customer service orientation and the ability to build positive relationships with clients
  • Proficiency in CRM software and tools to manage sales activities and track client interactions
  • Basic knowledge of nutrition, wellness, or health-related programs is an advantage
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and capable of working independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Prior experience in health, wellness, or lifestyle industries is a plus
  • Minimum 6 months of sales experience (HealthTech/Wellness preferred)
  • Experience in both domestic and international sales
