Sales Executive

Job Title: Executive Sales

Location: Mumbai

Annual Salary: 4-7 Lac

Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in Medical devices industry or Pharma industry

We are seeking a result-driven Executive Sales professional to achieve revenue targets, expand market coverage, and strengthen customer relationships within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should possess strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term customer partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales and revenue targets as per regional/territory strategy
• Conduct daily sales calls to ensure complete coverage of HQ, EX, and outstation areas
• Promote the complete product portfolio effectively
• Identify, develop, and manage new customer accounts
• Plan and execute territory activities to maximize business opportunities
• Engage with practitioners and customers using strong product knowledge
• Present and position products by emphasizing quality and value during promotions and pricing discussions
• Build and nurture long-term customer relationships
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Collect product and sample feedback from customers
• Provide inputs from the market and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) for Product Needs Document (PND) and new product development
• Support PMCF and PMS processes
• Communicate relevant market feedback to headquarters for product improvements
• Submit monthly territory coverage plans in advance (last week of the previous month)
• Provide hospital-wise secondary sales data of every month
• Submit expense reports each month
• Share daily visit reports
• Conduct quarterly sales forecasting
