Sales Executive

We are seeking a full-time Sales Executive to join our on-site team in Jaipur. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks will include following up with clients, presenting product offerings, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and client success.

• Proven sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building client relationships
• Understanding of the jewelry or luxury goods industry, with knowledge of gemstones, metals, and manufacturing processes
• Proficiency in CRM tools, reporting, and managing client data
• Experience in business development and an ability to identify market trends
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple clients and orders efficiently
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency in English and Hindi; additional languages are a plus
• Willingness to work on-site in Jaipur
