Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Store Sales Staff to join our retail teams in Delhi, Gurugram, and Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining high store standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with a positive and professional approach
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Achieve individual and store sales targets
• Handle billing and POS operations accurately
• Maintain product displays, visual merchandising, and store cleanliness
• Manage stock replenishment and report low inventory
• Follow company policies, SOPs, and store guidelines

Requirements & Skills

• Minimum qualification: Graduate preferred
• 13 years of retail sales experience (fashion/apparel preferred)
• Good communication skills (basic English & Hindi)
• Strong customer service and sales orientation
• Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Well-groomed, presentable, and team-oriented
