Job Description
We are requiring positions Business Development cum Sales Executive having three vacancies for three region. Delhi, Tamilnadu and Maharashtra region.
Salary Range: Rs. 20000 - 22000 pm.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Actively seek new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, social media, and industry events.
- Sales Presentations: Demonstrate products/services to prospects, highlighting benefits to address customer needs.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Sales Reporting & CRM: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline data in a CRM system.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Sales Representative, or similar role.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Negotiation: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (often preferred).
- Attributes: Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident.
Working Conditions
- Typically works in field environment and represent us in the region.
- May require travel to meet clients, attend trade shows, or conferences.
- Fast-paced environment with a focus on achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
