Role: Sales Executive Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu Employment Type: Full-time | On-site (Field Sales) Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday

Key Responsibilities

Conduct on-field sales activities to promote and sell Evo11ve's education products and services across Chennai
Identify and engage potential customers through direct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, educational institutions, parents, and other stakeholders
Understand customer needs and provide tailored education solutions that align with their goals
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent field efforts and customer acquisition
Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our offerings
Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to improve products and sales strategies
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management
Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and contribute to overall team success
Travel extensively within Chennai to meet clients and conduct field visits

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Freshers to 2 years of experience in sales (preferably with education product sales background)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil
Strong presentation and persuasion abilities with a customer-first approach
Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently
Willingness to travel extensively for on-field sales activities
Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred for field travel
Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications
Prior experience in EdTech, learning materials, or education services is a strong plus
