Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for prospecting and identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, conducting client meetings and presentations, and achieving sales targets. The role will involve understanding client needs, providing tailored design solutions, and collaborating with the design and implementation team to facilitate seamless project execution. Additionally, the Sales Executive will maintain sales records, provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction, and contribute to developing sales strategies that align with company objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in sales, client relationship management, and business development
- Understanding of interior design concepts, products, and customization processes
- Ability to meet sales goals, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with CRM software and basic knowledge of sales reporting and analysis
- Problem-solving attitude with a customer-oriented approach
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the interior design or real estate industry is a plus
