Job Description

As a Sales Executive, you will:

  • Identify and engage potential clients (B2B) across industries to sell our custom digital solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, Digital Heads).
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions (mobile apps, AI, data analytics, data governance).
  • Collaborate with our technical and product teams to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets while contributing to the companys growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and convert leads into long-term clients.
  • Present and demonstrate our solutions (Digital apps, AI, data analytics, data governance).
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings.
  • Work closely with marketing to refine sales strategies.


Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT, SaaS, or digital solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Digital apps, AI, data analytics, or data governance (a plus).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a startup environment.
  • Fluency in English (Hindi or regional languages a plus).
