Role Description

The Sales Executive will play a key role in driving enrollment and expanding Digital Edifys learner base. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad. Responsibilities include identifying and reaching out to prospective students and partners, conducting consultations to understand client training needs, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving monthly and annual sales targets. Building strong client relationships, maintaining CRM systems, and collaborating with the marketing team to enhance campaigns will also be critical aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and business development skills, including experience in identifying leads, closing deals, and exceeding sales goals
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients effectively
• Customer-focused approach with skills in relationship-building and client satisfaction management
• Proficiency with CRM platforms, data management, and basic reporting for effective sales tracking and analysis
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with excellent time management and organizational capabilities
• Prior experience in the education, training, or technology industry is highly advantageous
• A Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
