Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to drive sales of furniture products. The role involves understanding customer requirements, presenting suitable solutions, closing sales, and ensuring an excellent customer experience from enquiry to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and engage customers in the showroom / at site visits.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate furniture solutions.
Explain product features, materials, designs, pricing, and warranties.
Prepare quotations and follow up to close sales.
Coordinate with design, production, and delivery teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Maintain customer records and update sales reports regularly.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Handle customer queries, objections, and after-sales support.
Stay updated on new products, market trends, and competitor offerings.
Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Customer-centric approach with a positive attitude.
Ability to understand drawings / layouts (preferred).
Good convincing and closing skills.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, billing software).
Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
Graduate / Diploma in any discipline (MBA in Sales is an added advantage).
Prior experience in furniture / interior / retail sales preferred.
Freshers with strong sales aptitude can also apply.
Experience
14 years of experience in furniture, interiors, or retail sales (preferred)
