Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located at Aashrayam Site in Gosaiganj for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for attending to all customers visiting the site and explaining about the project and closing them.
He/ She will be responsible for making calls to prospective customers and arranging site visits.
He/ She will be directly reporting the Head - Marketing.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability in sales strategy development and implementation
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets
- Customer relationship management expertise
- Proficiency in tools and software relevant to sales reporting and tracking
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the real estate industry is mandatory
Salary - Negotiable for the deserving candidates.
