The Admin & Pre-Sales Executive will play a dual role in managing overall company administration while also handling incoming sales enquiries, client communication, and relationship management. This position requires a proactive individual who is organized, client-focused, and capable of coordinating across teams.


Role & responsibilities


Pre-Sales & Customer Relationship Management


  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls professionally
  • Respond to project enquiries via phone, email, and social media
  • Qualify leads and schedule site visits / meetings
  • Maintain lead database and follow-up tracker
  • Provide basic project information, pricing insights (as guided), and documentation
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Coordinate with the sales and project teams for seamless handover
  • Ensure excellent customer experience from first contact to closure


Administrative Responsibilities


  • Oversee daily office operations and administrative processes
  • Coordinate with accounts, site engineers, vendors, and consultants
  • Maintain company records, agreements, and documentation
  • Monitor vendor payments, purchase orders, and basic reporting
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and documentation standards
  • Support management with reports, MIS, and operational coordination
  • Supervise office staff and maintain overall discipline and workflow


Preferred candidate profile


  • Strong communication skills (English + Local Language preferred)
  • Confident in handling client calls and follow-ups
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to maintain CRM or lead tracking systems
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Professional attitude with customer-centric mindset
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership


Preferred Qualities


  • Experience in real estate or construction sales coordination
  • Understanding of construction terminology and project lifecycle
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
