This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role located in Bengaluru. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting Accenlearn's offerings to potential clients. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, generating leads, developing sales strategies, delivering compelling presentations, and meeting sales targets. Collaboration with internal teams to understand the platforms unique value proposition and providing feedback from clients is also part of the role.
- Sales and customer relationship management skills, including the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships and meet sales objectives
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to convey product value and provide client support
- Market research and lead generation capabilities to identify new business opportunities and understand industry trends
- Prior experience in ed-tech, education, or technology is preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and independently
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
- A results-driven and proactive mindset with passion for education and technology
