Position: Sales Engineer

Location: Bangalore, Kanakpura Road

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop new business opportunities in the PEB / steel structure / turnkey construction segment
Generate leads through site visits, consultants, architects, contractors, and industrial clients
Present company profile, technical capabilities, and PEB solutions to prospective clients
Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and negotiations to close orders
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
Conduct market research to track competitors, pricing trends, and upcoming projects
Attend client meetings, site inspections, and project review discussions
Prepare periodic reports on leads, sales performance, and market activity
Ensure timely collection of payments and support commercial coordination when required

Required Qualification & Skills:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or related field
Minimum 28 years of experience in marketing or sales within PEB, steel structures, construction, or EPC industry
Strong understanding of PEB systems, structural components, and project lifecycle
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to travel extensively for visits and client meetings
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and email communication
Experience dealing with industrial clients, warehouses, factories, and infrastructure projects
Result-oriented with strong follow-up skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
