Government,Defense,andResearchorganizationssuchasISRO,DRDO,DPSUs,andacademic
researchinstitutions.Therolerequiresstrongtechnicalunderstanding,pre-salescapability,and
experiencehandlinggovernmentprocurementprocesses.
KeyResponsibilities
Sales&AccountManagement
DrivesalesofCAD/CAM/CAEsolutions(NX,CATIA,SolidEdge,Ansys,Simcenter,
HyperWorks,etc.)toGovernmentandPSUaccounts
ManagekeyaccountsincludingISROcenters,DRDOlabs,DPSUs,andgovernment-
fundedR&Dorganizations
IdentifynewopportunitiesthroughRFPs,RFQs,tenders,andGeMportal
Buildandmaintainlong-termrelationshipswithscientists,engineers,procurementteams,
anddecision-makers
Pre-Sales&TechnicalEngagement
Conducttechnicalpresentations,solutiondemonstrations,andproofofconcepts(PoCs)
UnderstandcustomerengineeringchallengesandproposesuitableCAD/CAM/CAE
solutions
Workcloselywithpre-sales,technical,anddeliveryteamsforsolutionmapping
Supportbidresponses,techno-commercialproposals,andtenderdocumentation
GovernmentSalesProcess
HandleGovernmentprocurementcycles,tendering,andcompliancerequirements
Coordinatewithinternalteamsforpricing,approvals,anddocumentation
Tracktenderpipelinesandensuretimelysubmissionsandfollow-ups
Market&RelationshipDevelopment
DevelopstrongnetworkwithinISRO,DRDO,DPSUs,IITs,andresearchinstitutions
Representthecompanyintechnicalseminars,governmentmeetings,andindustryevents
Monitorcompetitoractivityandmarkettrendsinengineeringsoftwareforgovernment
sector

Education
BE/BTechinMechanical,Aerospace,Automotive,orrelatedEngineeringdiscipline
